• Dirty, old, slow service.

“Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel for a deluxe experience. We had dead moths in our bathroom light fitting and urine burns on the marble around the toilet. The power cords were all coated in a thick layer of dust. It took 2 hours and 3 calls upon arrival to have a cot delivered to our room that had been confirmed prior to booking 1 week earlier, a written request on our email booking, phone call 3 days earlier and also the morning before to ensure the cot would be ready for us. When ordering room service there is an additional $4 dollar delivery charge! The baby was filthy after crawling on the room floor for approx 2 hours. We couldn't fit the pram in the room door. The corridors constantly had up to 5 dirty linen bags laying around at any one time.”

• Friendly, enthusiastic and helpful staff.
• Its a bit difficult to locate car parking access.

“This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I would so again. I did not dine here last time but I have done so before at breakfast where the meal is good although the full breakfast is a bit expensive for the senior traveler. (Just my humble opinion).”
