• Public spaces, staff availability.
• Location, we found some garbage in the room.

• Close to light-rail and subway.
• Too bad it's not in downtown and breakfast is not included in the price.

“If it weren't for the crowded subway/light-rail trains, this would otherwise be a perfect alternative to staying near Nanjinglu. Aside of that the hotel itself is very comfortable, spacious and clean. TV needs to be replaced with larger LCD flat panel screens.”

• The lobby was beautiful and the service was pretty good.
• My carpet was stained in my room and the room was too pricey for the 4-star area of the hotel I stayed in.

• We liked the location as it is next door to a metro stop, so is the park across the street.

• Excellent location and helpful staff
• Food service not good and rooms not always cleaned

“I've stayed there 3 times in the last year (2004) and the service tended to get worse as the year went on. Breakfast was always a lottery as to whether what they had available and it depended on which room had as to the size on service that you got, even though the price was the same.

Location is excellent for access to underground station and parks for walking and sightseeing.”
