• Without prompting or being asked, the staff attended to our needs.
• One of our rooms was adjacent to the service elevator , this made an odd little noise that I found irritating.

“This is an excellent base for exploring the historical features of Prague. You can walk to all the tourist attractions but avoid the noise of staying in the city itself. For those who prefer not to walk, the hotel's own car service is extremely efficient and compares favorably with the cost of taxis. The rooms are a good size with attention to detail such as slippers, Turn Down, and free mini-bar. We found the beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast is served 06:30- 10:30 and offers an extensive range of hot and cold foods. The staff were all exceptionally courteous and helpful. We totally enjoyed our stay here.”
