Location.
Brazilian hotels are not up to world standards.

Best location in town. Best neighborhood. Most beautiful part of town.
Price perhaps but Brazil in general is not expensive

“Sheraton Porto Alegre is the only 5 star quality hotel in Porto Alegre (using a US quality frame of reference). Why do you rate it a 3 star? Best restaurants, shops and happening places are close by. Service is excellent. Staff extremely helpful.”
