• Beautiful beach front location with comfortable chaises and umbrellas for shade.
• Noisy hotel room.

“Stayed at Hotel Los Arcos. The room smelled musty, and the noise level on the South side of the hotel was high due to a nightclub down the street blasting music until 2:30 am. Good, central location, right on the beach. Friendly staff.”

• Was very close to the beach.
• The fact that I had to walk outside to get to my room.

“Other than that I was walking out on the balcony to go to my room we didn't have a phone and the space was limited. If it was just me it would be fine it wasn't what I was expecting and that I would never do that again. It was the second time I didn't and don't plan to go back.”

• Rooms, and service of desk.

“Location. This is what this hotel has going for it. The staff is generally rude as noted by many. Our rooms were booked a year ahead with us double-checking to make sure we would get the ones we booked. We did not. . The rooms were old and somewhat dirty. I had to ask for washcloths for three days, a tip come them coming the rest of the week. You just have to go with low expectations of the rooms and amenities.”

• On the beach.
• The smelled bad and never felt clean or at home while in the room. Musty. Shower was too small. Noisy.

“I thought the star rating meant the hotel was clean and comfortable. I did not get a good nights sleep because of the noise on the street. The room smelled bad and the throats of the guests became sick. Just dingy and dirty. I know it was Mexico but it was not a Sheraton or Hilton quality. Lower than the star rating you gave it. ”

• We loved the location!
• Our room was very musty smelling.

“It was a very nice hotel, but the room was very musty smelling. We brought air fresheners with just in case, but they couldn't mask the musty smell. Also, the beds are hard as a rock! Otherwise, the place was great!”

• The location was decent and in an area that is heavy on the visitor¿s side.
• Staff was rude and appeared to be less than interested in resident's concerns.

“What horrible staff! The rudeness is unbelievable in a town where tourism is the name of the game. The rudeness was experienced by a number of persons in my party and by one particular front desk attendant. The funny thing is that when it was mentioned to the manager it appeared that he could not have been concerned about our experiences. The front desk person stated on a number of occasions that he did not like Americans! Can you believe this at all? Wow, never will I stay here again.”

• Rooms are musty smelling and furniture was old.

“Front desk people not too helpful. Maids and bartenders very friendly. Lobby was lovely and the location was perfect for a short stay. Longer stays could be trying in terms of noise. Restaurant breakfast excellent.”

• Room outdated and smelled of mold/mildew.

“Location is the only thing going for this hotel. In no way is it a three star hotel as advertised. My room was dingy, outdated and strongly smelled of mold or mildew. ”

• nice pool beach and location
• poor all inclusive, poor food and drinks.

“The bar and glass need to be cleaned along with lounge and restaurant. If this was all inclusive why does the does it stop at 10 p.m. why do you have to sign for every drink and all your food and why do you have to pay for bottled water?????????? the food you had on the dinner buffet you had on the breakfast buffet. and when did ordering off a menu you had to pay for on AI. The drink were extra weak so order shots. the rooms small and the staff not to happy.”

“. The room was smelly and very loud. Property was under construction. Staff wasn't able to change or upgrade the room, even for my wife's 50th birthday, nor offer anything else for the occasion. ”
