“I like the hotels; I upgraded to a larger room with them, and moved across the street. That other room was not clean when we checked into it, and the whole experience dealing with housekeeping was my worse traveling experience in years. Also first front desk woman was a pain. The housekeeping manger was out of this world, rude.” Apr 5, 2008 by
Tim from M, TN
“This hotel was a tremendous value for our money. If you do not mind the short walk a half a block away to the Villa Los Arcos for a bigger pool, restaurant and the beach. Only a few of the standard rooms seemed to have a window that you could look out of. And even in those rooms the views were not much to look at, but you may want to insist on a window that opens if you like a breeze or the fresh air. The rooms were a little musty, but what isn't at the beach. It was not a problem for us. We had a wonderful vacation at the Casa Dona Suzzane.” Aug 23, 2007 by

“This hotel was very clean and AC was very good. The only problem was one day that the water was on and off; but water was fine the other 13 days. I like the security, pool and free in-room safe.” May 17, 2007 by
Bonnie from Ukiah, CA
“The staff are great and it is located close to the beach, many restaurants and shops so everything you need is close by. Other than the horrible beds, which felt more like box springs, the hotel has charm. They have a roof top pool which was secluded and not very busy so at night the poolside view was great. This is a small hotel which was part of it's charm.” Jan 21, 2007 by
Sally from Santa Barbara, CA
“Convenient location: close to the beach, good restaurants yet not on the main street so fairly quiet. Small, clean room. Helpful staff. Great sunbathing and pool on third floor.” Dec 16, 2006 by
Gerard from Roper, NC
“The location was great, but the room left a lot to be desired. The room was extremely small with very antiquated amenities. The bathroom was not clean, super tiny and was very old with lots of old accumulated dirt around all the moldings and corners of the room - no water pressure. The sink barely dribbled water and you can forget about taking a shower!” Jul 17, 2006 by

“My air conditioner began to drip with water about 1:00am in the morning and the people came to fix it and I waited about 40 minutes. and was not offered to move to another room.” Jun 16, 2006 by
Hector from Glenn Ellyn, IL
“The hotel was at a great location. Plus you get to use the hotel Playa Los Arcos which is right by the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers.” Mar 13, 2006 by

“We thought we were going to stay on Los Arcos on the beach and we initially disappointed. However, we heard that that location was quiet noisy so were please with our location.” Mar 5, 2006 by

“Los Arcos Vallarta was a pleasant surprise. We were traveling with another couple and had requested rooms next to each other with balconies. We were on different floors and we did not get a balcony, but were told to check back the next day and they would see if they could move us. We did not change rooms because we found that our room was considerably larger than the room our friends had with a balcony. I understand the corner balcony rooms were larger, but their room was in the middle. Even with that, they were very clean. Our room had a small kitchenette area with a refrigerator, hot plate, toaster and coffee pot. We ate out and enjoyed the cuisine of the area restaurants, but if we had stayed longer, it would be nice for a quick breakfast in the room. We used the beach facilities at Playa Los Arcos across the street. The hotel supplied lounge chairs, beach umbrellas and small tables for use on the beach on a first come first serve basis. The staff carried them out for you in the morning be sure to tip and picked them up at night. The hotel supplies you with a towel card upon check-in and you use it to check out a large beach towel at the Playa each day. 1:00 - 3:00 PM Happy Hour at the Playa's restaurant and bar makes for a relaxing afternoon. The waiters are good about coming out to the beach to serve you. I don't recall seeing any children at the Low Arcos Vallarta and the only sounds I heard was soft music from surrounding restaurants and bars. Within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, shopping and small mini marts. An outdoor coffee/pastry shop was a half block away. Several internet cafes nearby. We wouldn't hesitate to return to the Low Arcos Vallarta again.” Mar 2, 2005 by

“It's an older hotel, quaint in style, built around a court yard. Jan 25, 2005 by
Barb from Edmonds, WA
“I have to say that this was the worst two nights of my traveling experiences - children crying and screaming - nobody responded to my complaints - I was under the impression that this was the same as the Los Arcos - a very nice resort that I tried to stay in after finding that my accomodations were actually at the sister" resort - was told that it was booked -” Hotel Representatives:
