“Old facility trying to improve, but smells musty(needs new carpetS) AND DEFINITELY needs new A/C units.”

• The location, friendly staff.
• Maids did not clean the room as well as other hotels I have stayed in.

“Excellent hotel in a central location, just off the main shopping precinct. The hotel is safe and the staff courteous. I have stayed here many times on business over many years and will continue to do so when in Monterrey.”
