• Clean and good meals.
• Smelt, rooms were tatty.

“The hotel was okay. We went there for a school trip and the rooms smelt. There were also some ants in the rooms. The bedding was uncomfortable. We had shutters over our window. Our light on the roof was hanging off from a wire. It was a bit hot. The food was good and the staff was good. I would really go there again. In breakfast we had good scenery in the canteen of Vesuvius. The bread was stale and the water tasted a bit odd.”

• Service staff were great! They spoke English as best they could and were very helpful.
• I understand that it was an older building, but the heat was always on.

“The Service staff alone made this my favorite hotel stay in Europe. Also, this was the only hotel that offered a breakfast with the room at no additional cost. Service staff alone earned five stars.”
