• The staff went above and beyond to help me when I left something in my room, I actually got it back!
• The beds are hard as rocks.

“This hotel made me feel welcome. The area is disgusting, but the hotel is not. The staff went above and beyond to help me. I left my bipod in my room and when I went back 8 hours later, I actually got it back!”

• The hotel is just off the Piazza Garibaldi(very convenient for transport links), but is surprisingly quiet.
• Inner courtyard rooms hot because windows don't open to outside, but there is aircon.

• Wonderful view from balcony - would be great to sit out in summer. Staff very helpful and friendly.
• Not much space between the end of the bed and the dressing table.
