• The whole package hotel staff and scenery.
• To many cats.

“This resort is the best My husband and I went for our honeymoon then a couple of years later we went back with my mother and her husband. Activities are plentiful, the food is great and the people were very nice. The scenery is to die for the pools have swim up bars which was a plus for my husband. The only bab thing I have to say about my last trip which had nothing to do with the hotel itself I don't guest is they had lots of cats, and I am a person that is terrified of cats, they were every where even when we went to eat and most of the restaurants are out side they where all up under the tables I had to run for it a couple of times and leave my meal. I did notice that they had a couple of traps out so they were aware of the problem or maybe not a problem for others.”

• I loved everything!
• I hated absolutely nothing besides the fact I wasn't old enough to party!

“This place was absolutely amazing. I'm now 16 and remember it from when I was only 11! I have plenty of pictures too! I remember I had a really bad sunburn and a really sweet bartender personally went and got me a Aloe Vera plant and personally hand delivered it to me. They're service is fantastic. Ever since we left I've been waiting for my mom to bring me back. If she don't I guarantee you that's the first place I'm going when I get the chance! This place is amazing, no other place in Jamaica, actually the world compares to this place. Did I mention their water park with the built in bar. I'm surprised they got me out there!”

• great golf course
• not great nightlife

“This hotel was a former sugar cane plantation. It's supposedly haunted by the white witch, who comes out after dark. The golf course nearby is named for this apparition, and it is DEFINITELY haunted. At least it haunted me.”
