• Unavailability of featured facilities and no attempt to accommodate.

“My strong recommendation for this establishment is do not contemplate staying here. Madrid's beautiful and enchanting with numerous alternative hotels which hopefully won't prove to be such a disappointment. The roof top terrace may well be as good as others have suggested but it was unavailable when we stayed. A complaint was dealt with several weeks later with the offer of a free drink in response to the thorough ruination of a birthday treat and a bill close to $1,000. Staff clearly don't care, the roof top manager was rude to my wife.”
