• Good location to Heathrow
• Parking fees for cars at a motel, should be included in room rate with discounts for those without vehicles.

“A pleasant hotel with a good hotel bar and pub food. Reception staff was not friendly. Hotel room good with nice bathroom. As aged pensioners we wheeled our luggage from the designated nearest tube station, Osterley. But the stated 10 minute walk on took us over 30 minutes on a warm evening and there should be an earl which is claimed to be a good bedroom, excellent bathroom, hearty pub food at a fair price but unfriendly reception staff. Main query is how Osterley is stated as nearest tube station with a 10 minute walk. As seniors it took us. walking fast over 30 minutes with heavy luggage to reach the hotel. On a warm evening. the staff recommended Hounslow.”

• Better value near by.

“No cable channel but advertise says in room cable TV. Internet was only in the lobby. Food not good too.”
