“The decoration is modern and of very good quality, lots of marble, the food is always excellent and the staff (especially bar and restaurant staff) was very professional. The roof-top pool is also fantastic in summer.” Nov 9, 2005 by
Patricia from Castellon GB
“Very good for business travelers and not bad for leisure ones. Waiters in the bar were extremely kind. There's a taxi stand in front of the hotel and a wealth of shops and places to eat something very near. If someone is a Real Madrid fan (I'm not), their stadium is just at the back of the hotel. ” Aug 31, 2005 by
Bill from Reston, VA
“Not bad overall-as you would expected from a holiday inn. The location is not great if you want to see the city. There are 3 bar/lounge/clubs close by that you can enjoy with the local crowd (just have to get used to the local hours :)” Aug 21, 2005 by
C. from Point Roberts, WA
“It was clean, and a good price, but by north american standards, this would rate as a 3*, not 4* hotel.” Jul 31, 2005 by
Efrain from Edinburg, TX
“great hotel, expensive breakfasts 21 euros for the breakfast buffet. 11 euros for the continental breakfast. expensive local phone call usage, charge by the minute.” Jul 18, 2005 by
Lisa from Scarsdale, NY
“Clean & modern hotel in Madrid. Only issue is that it is at the northern end of La Castellana area so quite far from the Prado Museum and the center of town.” Apr 5, 2005 by
David
“The staff are very friendly they will accomomdate you in any way possible. Very happy with their service.” Apr 1, 2005 by
Jason
“The location was in a safe area of the city but not close to anything except via Metro. I was looking for something closer to the center. the hotel was not as nice as a three star property I had stayed at in Madrid earlier in the year.” Feb 22, 2005 by
Russell from Grosse Pointe Farms, MI
“The hotel is in the center of a city block so you really can't see it from the street, the signage is non-existent. It is surrounded by large commercial buildings, to go anywhere you need a taxi. No adjacent city night-life. The breakfast buffet was $30 and parking was $28. On the other hand, the room was large, clean, well heated, quiet. As long as you just want to stay in your room it's great.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jan 13, 2005 by

“Nice hotel. By the Real Madrid stadium and not far from the government offices or convention center. Small lobby but nice rooms and good service. ” Hotel Representatives:
