• Excellent location!
• Could not open window; air conditiion was just ok.

“If you want location in Central Liverpool, this is the place. Everything is a very short, enjoyable walk. Very close to Lime St Station and Cavern Area. 15 min to Albert Docks via walk through Liverpool. Staff is friendly. Room is nice - not anything special but typical Marriott, so no surprises! Billing was off at checkout (charged for car park and had no car), but it was instantly taken off. Would stay here again.”

• Great staff, great restaurant, comfy beds.
• TV was really small.

“This hotel is great. Its two blocks from the train station and in the heart of all of the action. Staff is great. Eat at the restaurant in the hotel, it was very delicious.”

• The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel.
• The door and window were thin, so we heard all sorts of noise.

“Despite the noisiness of the room, this hotel is in an excellent location and has super friendly staff and luxurious accommodations. The room service was even a good value for what you paid.”

• Central Location.
• Difficult to find.

“The rooms here were much larger than typical English hotels including other Marriott's. Unfortunately, I was given a room with two twin beds. I pushed them together. The location was right in the center of town.”

• Top location, friendly staff and well knowledge about the city and events happening.

“Fittness center is well equipped and is located in the centre of the city. Friendly staff and good food in the restaurant. It is just about walking distance to every where you want to go. Will highly recommand this hotel to my friends.”

• Comfortable beds and nice bath. Typical Marriott decor.
• Very noisy. Could easily hear people in next room and the corridor doors slamming all night.

“Hotel is impossible to get to with Liverpool roads. Typical Marriott decor and quality. The room noise was terrible. You could hear the people in the room next door and the corridor doors slamming all night. If you want a quiet night's sleep this is not your hotel.”

• Easy transport links.
• Very noisy location.

“Nice hotel, conveniently located but be warned that it will be noisy as the main bus station is directly opposite and Liverpudlians get leery and fight a lot on a weekend, not so cultured!”

• Friendly liver pudlian staff & close proximity to the lime street train station.
• No wireless internet.

• It was very close to the city center.
• Beds were really small.

“This hotel is just about 5-minutes walk from the City Center. However it was very quite and clean and also had a very helpful staff. It was also great that it is very close to the Lime Street station. I will definitely stay there again”

• The workout facilities and pool area were just what I was looking for. I left feeling very well rested and will stay there every time I am in the area.
• The parking rate was too high for someone staying at the hotel. I feel they should have offered a better rate.

“It is a beautiful hotel very clean and deserves it rating of 4-5 stars. I would recommend everyone I know to stay there. I enjoyed my stay and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It is well worth the price. My thanks to all at the Marriott!”

• A romantic setting.
• Room service and telephone service were expensive.

“I had called ahead for a specific type of room which they had ready for me upon my arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with a bountiful amount of pillows on the bed which made it enjoyable just to relax in the room. Attention was made to the traveler including a good selection of quality bathroom essentials for the traveler. Quality bath essentials such as lotions and shower gel, not the usual watered down type I am use to finding in most hotels. A nice added touch were the biscuits left if the room with the coffee and tea.”
