• Near Metro station.
• Non friendly staff and over priced.

“The hotel is well located in some ways, it is just next to the Metro station and hence its easy to travel to Taksim square or Sultan Ahmet area. However, I would prefer a location for my next visit which has a view of the Bosphorus Strait. That is probably the most charming part of Istanbul. Moreover, I had a pretty bad time in Movenpick (to say the least). The staff is a little too rude (I was shocked that the manager in charge at the desk was so). I think you are better off staying somewhere else.”

• Clean, big, well-positioned.
• Organization, the staff cannot face unexpected situation.

“Very good service in general except when problem or unexpected changes happens, at this point the hotel is not able to respond to their own organization problem and as such it is very disappointing, especially when you expect a high quality of service from such an hotel.”
