“I've stayed at this hotel twice in the past month. My first visit was wonderful, which is why I opted to return. The second visit was horrible to say the least. I arrived after traveling all day for them not to be able to find my reservation. Then they did not honor my rate (which included free internet) and at check-out I learned that they had charged me for a phone call that I made to the manager to complain. The purpose of booking the pan-pacific was to rest up before my 20+ journey back to the states, but the entire experience from check-in to check-out was more hassle than it was worth!”
