• Reception area opulent.
• Dirty bathroom, got to send proof of when I left to get my £30 back.

“The bathroom was dirty and had not been cleaned for a long time. The main problem was we were charged £30 2 days after we had left. After several emails and faxes (which were never answered), I phoned twice to be told they had no record of us staying there. on the 3rd call, they said we had stayed an extra night, then said it was because asked for a late check out, then said it was because we didn't check out at the desk when we left all untrue as we checked out at 6.45am; now we have to prove it by sending our air line tickets, as they don't believe us. This hotel is not recommended.”
