• Breakfast and the location.
• No parking, unhelpful or uninformed staff.

“In general, the rooms were fairly clean but old and looked like the place needed some remodeling. Also when we arrived to check in at 2pm, the room wasn't ready so we had to wait until 4pm. Even by 4pm our room wasn't ready, so they had to give us a different room. The positives were the location and the breakfast, but it didn't make up for everything else. Next time, I'll stay at the Sheraton across the street or the Dan Panorama which is a block away. Both had parking, looked nicer and had friendlier staff than Prima Kings.”
