• Friendly staff, interesting guest staying there, lovely rooms.
• Charged twice on my credit card for room - Hotel is investigating the error.

“El Tapatio offers a terrific hilltop panoramic view of Guadalajara. The hotel staff is very friendly. If you are bilingual in Spanish, you will get a good opportunity to exercise your vocabulary there if that's what you want.”

• My stay was very short . . . 6 hours . . . at night, as I had to catch a flight home from Guadalajara.
• On Friday night, there was a very loud rock band playing in the third floor room. It interfered with the serenity of the place.

“As I mentioned before, I was there for only 6 hours . . . in the night . . . but, it looked like a beautiful facility . . . perfect for either a family vacation or for a business/conference event. The pool, with a "swim-up bar," was beautiful. The night view of Guadalajara was spectacular!”

• Convenient to airport, & the entrance was gated.
• The shower can use some work. The shower can use some work. The plumbing needs to be better.

“I was very happy to stay at tapatio and extremely surprised when I noticed Hillary Duff having breakfast on the next table. Apparently, she was having a concert that night. This hotel is very remote and if you want a calm place and no one to bother you. This is it!!!!!”

• Beautiful, romantic and excellent service.
• Too far away from business and downtown.

“Clean rooms, excellent services, however again it is too far from downtown. Excellent meals and room service at a affordable price.”
