• Well run and clean.
• Lack of elevator in the annex.

“Overall, nice hotel, well run. But with 2 big problems - 1) it is 30/40 minutes from the good spots and 15/20 minutes from any decent restaurants. 2) It is a hotel in 2 buildings - the main building is great, but the annex is not so good - it is on 3 levels and does not have an elevator - this ruined the hotel for me. All day walking around Florence in the heal and then up and down 3 tall stories - too much. If you do not like lots of stairs, make sure you request a room accessible by elevator.”
