• a nice touch was the pillow menu very comfortable
• could have more variety on restaurant menu - we ate in rest on 3 nights

staff - very good
cleanliness - very good
any problems - quick to put right (we had a tap problem in bathroom)
polite staff - yes very good
parking - yes directly oposite
value for money ”

• quiet room from both exterior noise (good location) and interior noise (quiet clientele)
• nothing really

“My primary goal was to find a quiet hotel in Dublin (admittedly a difficult task) for 2 nights. I had stayed at Brooks in 2003, and found it very satisfactory. (I also verified recent reviews at tripadvisor.com) However, I was somewhat unclear of the diff”

• IT was well located and the accommodations were excellent

“The location is perfect for touring Dublin on foot. Everything was close, pubs, shopping and sight-seeing. The hotel was very clean, well appointed and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. A very good experience and breakfast was very good.”

• Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was superb.
• Breakfast nightmare! Dried up for 20mins whilst boiled eggs raw. Very public display of incompetance!

“Had a brilliant weekend. Would definately use and reccomend the hotel again. Resturant needs some professional guidance on how to get the food out in a reasonable time and in an hygienic manner. We waited 25 minutes watching my breakfast drying under the lights. It was very public and was rather disconcerting to see the 'soldiers' manhandled by 6 different people! Needless to say they were not eaten!!”
