• Location.
• Bad communication with hotel staff.

“When we arrived at Sheraton hotel deira the hotel did not provided us with a continental breakfast but to use the lounge on the third floor.”

• Less hectic than other hotels I have stayed at in Dubai.
• The room was very small.

“This hotel is more in the 3/4 star category. It is a small hotel by Dubai's standards so lacks many of the amenities the larger ones do. Pleasant enough but the room was small.”
