• I loved everything about this beautiful hotel, so sad they are closing.
• I don't like that they are closing it.

“I absolutely loved this hotel.... I was looking forward to visiting every year--only to find out they are closing it at the end of May. How sad!! What a beautiful hotel, even though the grounds are spread out, we were happily picked up with a golf cart when my mother couldn't walk---We found the staff to be very nice and pleasant--and the grounds beautiful. I hope one day soon they will reopen and we can revisit!”

• Secluded location and wonderful beach. Not a high rise hotel, but a small building.
• Needs updating.

• The beach is wonderful for younger children.
• It has a very large property which requires a lot of walking.

• It was Paradise!!!!
• I had to leave!!!

“If you are looking for nightlife, this is not the place for you, if you are looking for paradise, then welcome. Also rental car a big plus!!!”

• The Beach, the pools, the room, the views... this resort is a little piece of paradise.
• Resort Fees. These fees are in addition to the Taxes and fees that you pay at the moment of making a reservation.

“This Resort is one of the best ones in the north shore of the Island. It is relatively close to the Metropolitan Area (San Juan) and the International Airport Luis Munoz Marin (SJU). It is very safe and the resort staff is very friendly, contributing to a complete relax and peaceful experience. The at least 2 miles long beach and the Pools are calm and not crowded. We loved the crystal clear and warm water at the beach. I will stay again on this resort. The only thing to beware is the additional resort fees which at not included at the moment of reservation; this was additional $15 per night for us.”

• restful, beautiful resort
• directions on hotel web site were incorrect, taking us 20 miles out of our way. I advised front desk

• everything. great location, great staff

“We loved this resort. Staff friendly, helpful, and seemed to loved their jobs. Room was beautiful, w/ 2 full sized 4 poster beds. Ocean was less than 50 feet away with excellent beach. Beach chairs and hammocks were right outside door. Resort grounds were immaculate.”

• the pool facilitites at the Hyatt Cerromar
• Surcharge for use of refrigerator

“Excellent location and hotel. We were very pleased with the value for what we paid, but we cannot imagine paying "retail" for this room. I would have been very disappointed. ”
