• The rooms are clean and comfortable and have pretty decorative touches, the staff is really friendly.
• AC unit was loud, Jacuzzi loud, pool area without umbrellas, the food and drinks need much improvement.

“Except for the AC noise, the hotel doesn't cater to party animals so guests can get rest at night. It was fun to find clean towels made into origami every day. There is a beach access pedestrian bridge, great for avoiding traffic and there is a brand new OXXO convenience store a few steps north of the hotel.”

“I went here with my family and another. We had a great time- and couldn't have a better location. Each morning we got up and saw the sun rise and the waves and all the colors of the ocean. We then go to see the sun set too. The balcony was great for this. We had all exclusive so we didn't need to carry much money around. And you could see the pool from the balcony. I would say its location is fantastic. Its just a few blocks from the main plaza. But around it you can shop in stores. ”
