• Nothing except the location.
• Every thing else.

“Very bad experience, will never stay in Sheraton again as long as the Sheraton head quarter allow this hotel to operate under their name.”

• The bed was comfortable.
• Bath facilities old, mold present, tub leaked, AC weird.

“Older room, staff not bi-lingual. Room cleaning sometimes very late. Morning coffee cold. Concierge uncooperative and argumentative. The charges for internet was exorbitant (if I would have known that, I would have stayed at another hotel that offered it) and they refused to supply coffee or breakfast. Every staff person had their hand out for a tip at all times. And the person who was cleaning my room (late) came in on his day off to ask for a tip when he found out I was leaving. Unfounded charges on my check-out bill, for telephone And I was charged $10.00 USD for a bottle of water that was just sitting on the table (with no price on it). Mini bar too small to allow me to put my own drinks in it.”
