• Comfortable and clean, excellent location.
• To eat and drink in hotel very expensive. Mini bar prices extortionate.

“Well presented hotel, excellent location, thought continental breakfast had limited choice (what no cheese or ham!) and expensive. Chambermaid did not come to clean our room till 14.30 which was a little late as we had been out and come back by then and would have expected the room to be clean and tidy and tea and coffee replenished. enjoyed our weekend break, would definitely consider going back to this hotel.”

• Very convenient, very nice staff.
• The convenience to the metro and La Place.

“The hotel was very nice, clean; the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was awesome. You did not need a cab from airport. The metro station was right across the street from hotel and the restaurants, shops and LaPlace were right there.”

• The room provided was very far from the elevators and the view was bad.

“These rooms also have not much of a view and little light sometimes. I wish the hotels didn't do this.”

• Loved the location and staff was very helpful.
• Told we had a non-smoking room; room smelled of smoke.

“Great choice across the street from the train station; safe neighborhood; staff was very helpful; beds comfortable; nice room except for the fact that it smelled of smoke and we requested a non-smoking room.”

• Good location, helpful concierge, large bathroom, thick towels!
• I left my nightgown in the bathroom and when I called later in the day after checkout it was nowhere to be found.

“Very nice hotel with helpful concierge. The room would not have been worth the rack rate.”

• Very central, metro station across the road, good restaurant and bar.
• Building noise at 8.00 a.m.

“Very conveniently located to restaurants, key tourist spots and public transport. Staff speak excellent English and French and were very helpful. The only thing that marred my stay was drilling and banging noise at 8 a.m.”

• Bathroom was definitely 5 star.
• Voicemail, wakeup call did not work.

“A very deluxe hotel in a great location. The room was nicely furnished and very comfortable, but of average size and not really luxurious. However this was a fantastic value and I would be very happy to stay there again.”

• Central location, clean rooms, everything is in working order.
• Staff is not very pleasant, no 5-star feel.

“This is not a five star hotel. Maybe a good four star rating can be given to it. It's nice and clean and big. It's ok, just not pleasant to hear we cannot upgrade your room because you booked a low level room. Overall, a nice 4-star hotel, there's definitely no 5-star feeling there.”
