• Wait staff at Fouquet's and the concierge were great.
• Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Not a 5 star hotel!

“In spite of the hotel's claim, this is not a 5 star establishment. Probably a 4 star, at best. Room decor is dated and a bit tattered. Mattresses were misshapen and uncomfortable. Pillows hard a rock. Window curtain tie backs were pulled out of the walls. We could hear every word of every conversation (and bodily functions) of the people in the next room. The hotel beach was closed! The restaurant (Fouquets) has a great and efficient staff and the breakfast is excellent. Next time we'll go to the intercontinental down the road.”
