• Food was awesome. Room was brilliant.
• I couldn't get late check out, short lunch hours.

“Wonderful hotel was full the next day so I couldn't get a late checkout. Lunch only goes for 2 hours. Rooms are awesome. Well laid out except toilet buttons behind u so when u leaned back, u flushed.”

• Room was great - big, clean, all the necessities.
• Towels were thin and small.

“Stayed overnight to catch a plane the next morning. The restaurant was quite nice, nicer than I expected. Book you spot on the hotel shuttle early, it fills up and the cab costs 3x as much. Seemed a little far away from the airport to be an airport hotel.”

• Friendliest staff; convenient rooms and location.
• Can't find anything.

• The chef is outstanding and the service and attention were detailed and friendly.
• It is a bit of a maneuver from downtown Brussels. Would like to see them have an airport shuttle.

“The beds are like clouds. The restaurant served what might have been one of the top five meals I've ever had in a hotel restaurant and one of the best I've ever had anywhere.”

• Location - close to the airport and hotel provided airport shuttle.
• Restaurant is expensive.

“Excellent for business travelers and overnight layovers. The room was very comfortable. Regular shuttle to the airport. The restaurant is expensive, but there are two markets within 2 blocks of the hotel where you can purchase prepared food.”

• Great breakfast and great location to the airport.
• Staff in the hotel dining area had bad attitudes and did not give us good service.

“Overall, I would recommend the hotel on its good location and cleanliness. I did not like the fact there were no other options close by to eat. And to make matters worse the hotel staff in the dining area treated us poorly.”
