• The adult pool had a party atmosphere and was really fun for couples, singles etc.
• The level suite service was lacking.

“The adult pool is pretty hip and a big party every day. We met a lot of others out there and the people watching is great. The pool staff is also excellent. Rooms are noisy and smoke wafts under all of the doors if any rooms are smoking, elevators are really slow.”

• Very elegant and clean. Could smell the fresh aroma from outside before walking into lobby.
• Had some troubles (lights, key). Did not attend my problems soon.

• Great atmosphere and friendly staff.
• The beaches are seriously eroded and hotel design has minimal beach area.

“Great location, price to value is phenomenal. Style and ambiance is more than you would expect. Been to Cancun a dozen times -- this was a great stay, would return.”

• Modern, clean, great energy with piped music in lobby, hallway, luxurious rooms, fun pools, wonderful staff.
• Maximum adult pool on weekend becomes a bit tacky with questionable professional females, DJ, velvet rope and small beach front.

“Much bigger state of the art rooms that make for a luxurious stay. Small beach front. Hip young energy with cool music piped through out similar to hard rock in Vegas. Good restaurants, fun pool except for weekend when professional girls, guys, DJ along with velvet rope try to create some unwelcoming club scene at pool side. ME should lose that bad vibe pool side. Excellent facilities and wonderful staff make for a very comfortable 4 star experience.”

• Excellent service and beautifully appointed.
• The beach area is relatively small, but the pool areas are excellent.

“I and my wife were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and its accommodations. We spent part of the trip at Club Med and truthfully would have rather been at the Me Cancun.”

• Timesharing salespeople, loud music in elevator, mediocre service.

• Vibrant in beauty, atmosphere and service, the I by media in Cancun am fabulous.
• The internet in the hotel room was terrible. Very slow and painful.

“Clean and pristine from inside and out, every bit of beauty is kept that way. Friendly, courteous, and accommodating staff is there to help and serve your every need. From room service to service on the beach, the me Cancun staff can provide you what you wish. From absolutely delish food to any beverage you desire. Located very close to the heart of the action in Cancun, you will find it very easy to get right in the middle as quickly as possible. If you prefer to not go out, you can easily lose yourself in everything the me Cancun has to offer on its facility. I can't give everything away. An experience is something you must. Well, experience!”

• The hotel is very eclectic, different and beautiful.
• Not particularly family friendly. More for honeymoon couples or business.

“The Me Melia - Cancun is a very new and eclectic hotel. The hotel personnel generally speak 4 or 5 languages and are very techno and hip. The hotel is elegant, luxurious, has excellent service and is a must do if you want a truly relaxing time in Cancun.”

• Hotel extremely modern decor, very up-to -date!
• Food and beverages kind of pricey.

“This hotel was great! If I ever go back to Cancun, I will stay here again! Very clean and good staff, a very tranquil hotel. Great location, across from shopping mall and many restaurants walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!”
