• Sauna, whirlpool, and gym.
• No rooms that accommodate three persons, bait, and switch.

“When we arrived after thirteen hours of flight and travel, we were informed that the room we booked was too small to accommodate me, my husband and child. They suggested that we pay extra more a night for a larger room with the same size bedding. They would not provide a cot because they were all rented and they would not allow three persons in the smaller room which wasn't that much smaller. At any rate, we had to switch to the larger room with the same size bedding and had no cot and my husband slept on the floor the entire stay. They should always be able to accommodate a child since she is only 11 and would not sleep in another room.”

• Gym was excellent for Europe and location was perfect for our cruise out of the Gran Marina.
• Concierge was very lax when it came to helping us get our lost luggage back.

• The rooms were spacious.
• Sound proofing in rooms was horrible, could hear everything from next door.

“Hotel is a good location for crosiers and tourist. We used the tourist bus that stopped just outside the hotel. The 2 of the 3 rooms we had were spacious. The front desk staff was not helpful. We needed an extra bed, had booked a room to accommodate that and then we arrived they were unable to deliver one. On top of that they then told us our 6 year-old would not be able to stay in the room with us! We called for housekeeping to open the adjoining door with one of our three rooms and they never showed up. When we called again they claimed the rooms did not join (although there was an adjoining door that we could talk through in both rooms!).”

• Friendly staff, terrific rooms, pretty setting by the sea.
• A bit far from things.

“Great hotel in Barcelona: pretty new and clean and shiny! It's pretty setting by the sea makes for a relaxing visit. It is a bit far from the center of town and the tourist sites, but only 5 Euros or so by cab. It is a short walk from the Aquarium and the nearby shops. Tip: get a quick breakfast at the business cafes behind the hotel: fresh squeezed OK, various breads and pastries, and great espresso / coffee. All for about 5 Euros instead of the hotel breakfast buffet at 20 Euros.”

• A bit isolated down a long pier.

“Pleasantly deluxe accommodations with strikingly modern, sleek decor, the hotel has a rooftop pool and exercise area with great views back to the city of Barcelona.”

• Excellent service and standard but without a stiff atmosphere - very friendly staff.
• No complaints whatsoever.

“Luxurious, well appointed hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely go back.”
