“A small walk to the main downtown section of Zermatt but off the beaten path, quiet and well worth it. Extremely comfortable beds, family atmosphere, most rooms have a Matter horn view and decks. Excellent in house dining and service, I have been back twice and will continue to stay there.”

• I cannot think of anything negative about it. It was a wonderful place.

“I recently went to Zermatt as part of a party with 33 people in it. What a wonderful place to visit. The hotel was superb and nothing was too much trouble. The food was out of this world. The staff including the cleaners and waitresses was wonderful. It is situated in a beautiful part of Zermatt where you can see the matter horn from your bedroom window. The rooms were cleaned every day and always had fresh towels every morning; they even turned your bedding down at night ready for you. I would recommend this hotel to anybody it was fabulous.”
