• Buffet breakfasts, location.
• High cost of massage, internet and other services.

“Good location, safe clean. On the downside the cost of internet, massage and other services is absurdly high. No reason these services can not be provided at a reasonable cost to the business traveler.”

• Cool rooms. Nice linens, beds, and bathroom.
• $35 a day for internet access? Got to be kidding.

“Very nice hotel. Solid 4-stars, nothing to deserve 5 stars. Crummy old TV with only a couple English channels. Hotel bar was in dungeon-like room on the first floor with no view. No free airport shuttle.”
