• Decor was old and smelled of damp.

• Excellent service from staff and close to MART subway.
• Not very comfortable for non Mandarin speakers.

“Excellent location, nice renovated rooms and lobby area. The food is O.K. and the prices are basic western hotel food prices. I am a native English speaker U.S. that has taken two semesters of college level Mandarin. I had to recall all of my language skills to communicate in the hotel with anyone beyond check in. This hotel is business, not leisure oriented.”

• Friendly, Centrally located, English well spoken
• Don't have anything bad to say about this hotel

“Enjoyed my stay here. Well appointed modern rooms with complimentary bottled water. Located in a busy area close to public transportation. Helpful staff, not just at reception area but doorman, bell staff too.”

“I was a bit disappointed with the high prices charged by the hotel for services, lack of free amenitites and limited hours of service staff operation (I had to call 4 different numbers and finally talk to the duty manager just to get extra towels at 11PM.)”

“This is a very nice hotel. Much better than expected. The desk and concierge were excellent. Better than some 4-stars in USA. They allowed us a late check out without hesitation.”
