• Friendly helpful staff, great location.
• Australian only outlets had to buy converter.

“This hotel is in an ideal location, 1 block from beach with ocean views, close to all shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Staff was excellent.”

• Great ocean view, convenient for shops and theme park bus.
• Very noisy at night time, over run with o/s tourists.

“Stayed 3 nights (June 07) in an ocean view room on the 27th floor. The view was fantastic and was probably the best thing about the hotel. It is practically on top of cavil mall (busy main shopping/entertainment precinct) which was great for shopping and getting places but still on the 27th floor extremely loud and noisy at night times. Our room backed on to the elevator shaft (as with the majority of the ocean view rooms) and this again was loud and annoying. We did not get much sleep at all. If you like late nights and enjoy the party scene or are a very, very heavy sleeper then this is the place for you, if not don't stay here.”

• Cold pool and spa not working.
