• WONDERFUL location, excellent staff
• Older hotel - some problems with rooms, some with no windows

“This hotel rates a 10 for location alone - walking distance to great shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. We had some problems with one of our rooms not having working A/C, but the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was switched out after one night. Definitely request rooms with windows - some of the "rear" rooms have port-hole type windows at the top of the wall that make the room feel quite claustrophobic. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and plan to return next year.”
