• Staff were very friendly.
• Parking was very expensive.

• It was near the port of my cruise departure.
• It was impossible to get service in the restaurant at lunch time and breakfast the next morning.

“Upon our arrival at lunch time, we attempted to get seated and served in the restaurant (which was open). We had to go to the front desk to ask for a waiter and menus. One menu, for four people was finally delivered, after the 3rd time we sought out a staff member and asked to speak to the manager. The manager did get us served and fed. At breakfast the next morning we had a similar experience. We were very disappointed, for the price, stars and Hilton name. This was a huge disappointment.”
