• Hotel clean, friendly and well appointed. Room clean, simple decoration and uncluttered.
• The desk space was marked with heat/water splashes from the kettle. Looked tacky!!

“Enjoyed the stay and would have no hesitation recommending it to others. The staff were friendly and efficient (with the exception of one breakfast waitress), the restaurant was pleasant, food acceptable, rooms comfortable.”

• The room was very pleasant, and the ability to open the window wonderful as some hotels have sealed windows. The room was very clean and pleasant.

“Had some problems with finding the hotel; the directions were clear enough until the 'North Quay' lights sequence! Eventually found it by accident ~ pulled into the garage next door to ask for directions!! Didn't get to eat in the restaurant as it was shut for private function.”
