“Modern upscale rooms, friendly and helpful staff. During one stay, I had gone shopping and bought 2 pairs of pants that needed to be shortened. When I inquired at the desk for a nearby tailor, I was told that the hotel does that as a service. I was accompanied down to a lower level where a young lady measured and pinned the pants to the proper length. About 20 minutes later my perfect length pants were delivered to my room, all at no charge! This type of great service is one of the reason I always stay here when in Shanghai.”
