• Food is great.

• I liked the live entertainment: in the bar area.
• Thought the restaurant was dingy and old fashioned.

“This is a 2.5 - 3 star hotel. Although the lobby area was well illuminated, I thought that both the public areas and guest rooms were rather old fashioned in appearance.”

• Hotel good + staff good, restaurant very poor.

“Hotel very well located near pudong airport. Friendly check-in staff room very good restaurant very poor indeed. Serving staff totally disinterested in dining guests. Short order chef very friendly but raw material (meat) extremely inferior. I certainly would not eat at this restaurant again.”

• It was clean and updated.
• The hotel is not near the passenger terminal as implied in the advertising. Too noisy.

“The hotel appears to have gotten some very nice updates including better windows, but the noise from the cargo terminal still dominates the rooms. Do not believe any photos showing a train which connects the hotel to the passenger terminals. This is not the case. I waited nearly one hour total in queue for "complimentary shuttles". I recommend taking a taxi and asking for a room facing away from the terminal to potential patrons. The hotel has many nice amenities, but most important to the business traveler is the Internet connection which cost USD15.00 and has to be frequently re-established.”
