• Convenient.
• Requested two rooms for family (5), each room on different floor.

“Good front desk service, parking garage a block away. Across river from old town Salzburg. rooms nice, clean.”

• Small but nice pool and gym area.
• Bathrooms were a tiny bit mildew.

“We loved that this hotel was so close to Mirabel gardens, and the restaurant downstairs was wonderful. I liked the bathrobes and slippers.”

• Great location and very comfortable room.
• Free wireless internet did not work (at least on our floor) and no one had any idea of why.

“This is a very comfortable hotel in a great part of Salzburg. Within steps of many great sights. Parking on the streets, but easy to find. The one disappointment was with wireless internet. No one could explain why it wasn't working or how to find an alternate plan. They do have two computers in the lobby for public use, but no access to printers.”

• Small dated rooms.

“The hotel room was small and dated. The hotel staff was very friendly and it was nice to have free internet access. The location of the hotel was close to the train station and relatively close to the main part of town. Would rate the hotel as a 3 star hotel.”

• It was in a convenient location, however the staff was dishonest, rude, and the room was little.
• The hotel staff was dishonest.

“This hotel, unfriendly, dishonest, rooms small, no view, was in Europe for 3 weeks and stayed in hotel from Scotland to Austria, this hotel was the worst experience of our trip. Definitely because of the hotel I got very little sleep and my experience in Austria was ruined.”
