• It was very clean and accessible, accommodated to our needs. In general a very pleasureable stay, and will wish to return in the very near future.
• More information required on arrival about your facilities and surrounding area. ie. such of the use of the in house leisure facilities on to get to them and the nearest local shops, restuaurants and chemist.

“What facilities are available, especially if you are not from the local area. Meadowhall is not in a comfortable walking distance and I did not want to take the car.Though in general my partner and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

• professional run hotel

• Easy to find, close to venue I needed to attend.
• I only had one curtain which worked in the room which meant I was unable to sleep properly as the light was coming in through the window.

“Overall very good, the standard of accomodation was good and the choice of food at breakfast was excellent.

On small criticism,the gentleman on reception on arrival could have been a little more helpful, I had to ask how to find my room, and what time and where breakfast/dinner was served.”

• Constantly dripping showerhead. Someone else's sock filed nicely in the the Information Pack!

“Check-in staff more interested in discussing issues with a previous function than dealing with me. Did not even tell me where the room was. The bar area is very smoky, even though you have designated non-smiking tables. It put me off eating in the hotel. Good pool and leisure centre.”
