• The view.
• No warm water. Terrible service and attitude.

“For a hotel franchise, I was shocked that I was shaving and showering with ice cold water. I had no time to inform anyone since this was a business trip and I had an appointment but this should not happen. Also, I sat waiting for a waiter to take my order after 15 minutes of them seeing me and walking right past my table.”

“When I arrived they had a gift bag ready for us. The treated us like VIP'S. Lots of parking quiet. Nice little casino. Good view of ocean.”

• The staff was not familiar with the area & were not able to give directions.

“The staff needs to be better able to help the guests. We are priority club members, but were told that we were not eligible for the continental breakfast. We asked directions to Centro Ponce and to the Monserat Restaurant, both of the directions were wrong. It is too windy to use the balconys. It is fine for a day or two, but could be better.”

• Internet access and game room for kids.
• Smelled like mold and cigarettes, and it were a non-smoking room!

“Pool was beautiful, view was awesome. Lots of bugs! Tons of bites. Our room was small and clean but smelled like smoke and mold. Staff was very helpful.”

• Great family place, pool, gym and all facilities including casino and bar and rest. All great and convenient. Staff all friendly. Security & felt safe.
• Nothing. Only minor construction at entrance.

• The pool and the hilltop location were great
• The rooms could have been cleaner, tub was dirty

• Friendly Staff at Front Desk, Great View.
• Expected rooms to be a bit nicer.

“Great view on a hill. Friendly Front Desk Staff. Has a casino which I did not care about and added noise outside our room. Rooms are adequate but I expected them to be a bit nicer. Free Parking.”

• Great view and low cost.
• You get less than what you pay for.

“The hotel provides the minimum level of amenities. The hotel does have a nice small casino if you like to gamble. Its ok for a sleep over situation since Ponce does offer a lot to see. It is certainly not a "resort" for vacationing in the Caribbean.”

• Very American friendly.
• Too far away from San Juan. $150 cab ride!

“My stay was very pleasant. It was far from it. It was on the other side of Puerto Rico. So I had to engage in spending money on taxis and being too far to enjoy San Juan. Nevertheless the Holiday Inn Ponce was a pleasurable experience itself.”
