• Excellent quality room decor and furnishings. Staff was friendly and service was better than expected.
• Disappointing in-room dining menu selection.

“A high-standard, well-established piece of tranquility in the heart of the bustle of Nairobi. From the moment of arrival, there is the realization that this hotel is many a cut above the competition. I would choose the Norfolk on future visits to Nairobi as I simply did not have sufficient time to sample all the unique services and amenities that are offered at this little gem.”

• Excellent public relations and sensitive services offered by hotel staff.
• Delay in effecting services though, when the services were offered they were worth waiting for.
