• Beach and pools.
• Rooms, food, bugs, attitude toward cleanliness.

“We went to Sandals Bahamas. Overall it was OK. The food was not that great. There were bugs everywhere in the rooms. At the cay they were overwhelming, the rooms were clean, the staff was very nice except a security guard who asked my husband if he was a guest, which offended my husband, who then asked "am I dressed ok?" Beach and pools were great, but for the price I paid I feel like I got beer but paid for champagne, no 24 hour room service, restaurants closed so there were times you could only get pizza, and again the food was not so great, the best thing we had to eat the whole time in the Bahamas was at Wendy's in the airport while leaving.”

• Laid back staff, dirty rooms and our room being broken into.

“Do not go to this resort. The staff was terrible overall. They seemed to be more interested in entertaining each other than the guests. The rooms were full of insects and management was very laid back about the cleanliness of the rooms and the poor staff morale. To add insult to injury, our room was broken into by a staff member and my wife's iphone was stolen. Security investigated the matter and they identified the person who went into the room but they did not pursue the matter further which infuriated my wife and me and we left the resort early because we did not feel safe. Do not go to this resort.”

• Loved the butler service and awesome Ocean view room!
• We had to leave.

“This was a dream come true honeymoon! Beautiful and picture perfect in every way. We were treated like royalty. Worth every cent. Fantastic and friendly people, everything we needed and wanted for the week was right at our fingertips. We ventured out of the resort a couple of times and we were always eager to get back. The food was delicious and the name brand drinks are really unlimited. We had room service available 24 hours a day and it was good and fast. Take this trip and you will never forget it.”

• Relaxing all inclusive getaways for couples had a great time singing at the piano bar.
• A little far from town, no AC in concert hall.

“Had a great time, good getaway for a couple. Only complaint was the lack of air conditioning in the entertainment building, tried to listen to the band and could not take the heat, got no explanation from the staff.”

• Wonderful people in every instance. Wonderful food and service. Very pleased.
• No disco. Plugged for poolside for 4 days. Very smelly.

“My wife and I just returned (3/25/08) from an anniversary celebration trip to sandals royal Bahamian in Nassau. This is our 5th sandals resort, so we took most things in stride. As per usual sandals resorts the food, entertainment, accomodations, service, etc was over the top. We are very pleased with our experience there and would recommend this resort to all our friends. Too high light a few of our own personal experiences. I would like to mention the illusionist "Mr. Unique" in addition to enjoying his show; we had an opportunity to talk to him afterwards. Also we went to give kudos to mark, one of the bartenders in the resort, he definitely made our trip a memorable one. By getting to know us and serving us well. Also I would like to mention all the playmakers. We got to know them all pretty well and were very impressed by all of them. A wonderful experience all in all!”
