• Customer service.
• There was no hot water.

“For the price of this hotel, I expected a lot more. There was no warm/hot water, the prices on menu at the restaurant were different than what they charged (dining in), there were bugs in the room and weird stains on the ceiling. On a lighter note, the bed was amazing and the amenities were plentiful. I would stay there again, but not for as much money.”

• The common areas were clean and spacious. Excellent staff.
• As per most hotels in Mexico, the Jacuzzi was cold. The carpet in my room was old and stained.

“I travel often all over Mexico. This staff was way above the normal service level. The hotel is nice and modern, excellent baths and comfortable rooms. What happened to the toiletries? Soap, shampoo and conditioner only. I left my toiletries bag at home by accident and would have loved to have had the other items I find standard in hotels. Lotion, shoe polisher, razor. The staff did bring me a nice quality disposable razor in less than 3 minutes. Stay here folks. If you get as frustrated with rude staff I do. You will be happy here.”
