The location was nice.
Not friendly.

“When booking room, it asks if you want mountain view or lake view. I picked one for one night and the other for second night. Got mountain view both times. Mountain was a hill with a shack on it. Lake was not in view so lake view would not have mattered anyways. Checked in at 1pm and asked for crib for my infant. Called several times for it. Crib was finally delivered at 10 pm, after we were all asleep in the same bed. Rude desk people and phone people. Only ones friendly were housekeeping and door men.”
