• Probably the price.

• The staff was the best thing about this hotel.
• There are no real activities to keep you entertained during your stay.

“It is clear that this hotel is for Business Travelers they have several banquet halls that hosted many events, it also has a small casino but nothing really to keep you in the hotel itself. Its basically for sleep and nothing else. I was unable to try out the free high speed internet but they do have a small office with a few PCs but the price for the rental was not worth it.”

• Very clean and safe. Very polite and professional employees.
• Water pressure was a little bit weak in the shower.

“If your going to be staying in Managua and you need an affordable but nice hotel, this is perfect. It was very clean and safe. The staff was very professional. If your considering the Best Western Lass Mercedes, we stayed there as well and it was a nightmare. Horrible service, dirty facilities, etc.”

• good deal as package, with car rental and hotel.
• not a good hotel to stay at for vacationing.

“It seemed to crowded with people, reception and hallways fell like there was no airconditioning functioning. It just didn't feel clean either. During breakfast, we had too many flies around us.”
