• Comfortable room in a very nice location.
• There was very little to complain about given the price.

“This was a good solid hotel, that was clean, reasonably comfortable, and offered everything I needed on a business trip. Wireless access here was through a public hotspot, so it was rather expensive for the entire stay. Breakfast was not included, but they did offer guests a 5 pound voucher for breakfast at the hotel. Overall not a bad place to stay for a few days in London on business.”

• SHower head barely high enough for wife who is 5 foot tall.

“Original booked a standard dbl room, upgraded to a superior after looking at room for larger bed and superior room size looked smaller. hair dryer was useless, bathroom sink drain clogged and ran slow. Overall room was small and narrow. Not impressed with price for what accomodation was. Superior room at most should be double room price.”

• Nice decor - good quality room
• Wrong Room Given. Overcharged

“Ordered a double room gave me a twin.

Then wouldnt believe i didnt order room service and 12 meals in the restaurant.

Kept mee waiting for 30 mins while they checked it out.

No apology at the end either”
