• Gardens were lovely.
• No air conditioning and very expensive.

• Gardens were beautiful.
• Extortionate prices and hidden charges.

“Beautiful gardens, however hotel is almost entirely geared to French speakers. There are English speaking staff but the majority speak little English. The hotel is not 5 star, e.g. it claims to have air conditioning but it does not, it has a fan system for the whole hotel, which if you put on either blows hot air in winter or cooler air in summer. Prices are extortionate in the hotel for food and drinks. Example: £3.50 for a small beer, £ 18.00 for a bottle of local wine, even water was £ 1.50 for a small bottle. Staff are pushy about tips, e.g. room maid actually knocked on the door to ask for her tip as she would not have been working the day we left. Hidden charges: when we left we were told there was a courtesy mini bus to the airport which we took, when we arrived at the airport the driver asked for about £ 10.00, a cab would have cost about £ 3.00 as the airport is less than a mile from the hotel.”

• I like the rooms, the Swiming pool, the staff, The food, the garden.
• after staying 14 days, We had an authorisation for a late check out, the front desk staff wanted to bill it, but the manager refused, just check your bill...

“Beautiful Hotel, Very well trained Staff, I think one of the best Hotels in Morocco, I was supposed to stay 2 Days at the N'fis I stayed 14 Days, and I will be back...Very Very Very nice. ”
