• The staff was friendly. The hotel is beautiful.
• The room, although recently renovated, smelled moldy and musty.

“The hotel staff was terrific. The room and hallway smelled moldy and musty. The room was very large, beautifully decorated and clean otherwise. The take every precaution to protect their guests. Manila is just not a safe place to be. One thing I didn't approve of is the duty manager yelling at the transportation clerk while I stood there trying to change my taxi pickup. I finally went outside and spoke with someone at the valet counter. Other than that all the staff was top notch.”
